If you wish to return an item, we need to hear from you within 7 days after your receive your package. You should return your item within 14 days. After 14 days, we will not accept your return or exchange. You must inform us for instructions prior to returning your package. 
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unused, folded the same way you received it, and in the same condition that you received it, and it must have been shipped in error by us.  

To complete your return, we will require either proof of purchase or order number.

There are situations where only partial refunds may be granted. These situations include, but are not limited to the following:

  • if item is not in its original condition,
  • if item is damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or not folded as you received it.
Under these situations, we reserve the right to determine the refund amount based on the state of the item.

Once your return qualifies for refund, an email will be sent to you for your refund. We will also notify you if your refund does not qualify for refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please touch bases with your financial institution, first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and we are notified within seven (7) days of delivery.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 2815 Telegraph Ave, Oakland, CA, 94606 USA. NOTE: There is no guarantee that the same item will be available for exchange.

Custom orders are final and will not be exchanged.​
